Our Real Time Customer Satisfaction Score
We always prefer to be transparent with our clients and prospective clients! The widget below is powered in real time by our user statisfaction scoring system. Each time we close a ticket the end-user is given the option to rate how we did. This system heavily penlaizes us for nuetral and negative reviews; nuetral reviews receive a score of 0 instead of 50 and negative reviews receive a score of -100 instead of 0! Anything other than a positive response is followed up with a phone call from a manager to the end user, to seek information about what we could have done better for them. We believe accurate feedback from our clients is essential to our continued improvement.

Jason Nelson (CEO, Member)
Jason is co-founder of Allixo and serves as CEO. He is focused on empowering Allixo's managers, developing and executing our strategy, building key partnerships, and the company's overall performance. He also serves some of Allixo's clients as a their technology adviser.
When not at work Jason can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters, mixing audio for his church, cycling, and reading. |
Sam Riley (Director of Support, Member)
Sam is co-founder of Allixo. He leads the Managed Services Teams, which are focused on caring for your day to day technical needs and making sure the lights stay on. Sam has a strong technical background, including 12 years of experience, 8 current certifications, and a BS in Information Technology.
When not at work Sam can be found spending time with his wife and son, having fun with friends, reading science fiction, serving at his church, or playing a good FPS video game. |
Dave Ellis (CFO, Member)
Dave serves as Allixo's CFO. He is focused on managing Allixo's finances, risks, accounting staff, and planning for the future. Dave also serves as Allixo's principal investor. He has a BS in Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Dave's spent his entire career in Information Technology.
When not working Dave can be found helping with his church's live sound and lighting needs, musing with audiophile friends on music and hi-fi reproduction systems, and keeping up with financial markets. |
Nate Stewart (Director of Engineering)
Nate and his team are focused on the implementation of solutions for your business, from complete infrastructure retooling to migrating services to the cloud. Nate has 20 years of industry experience and genetic disposition towards doing everything right the first time.

Scott Taylor (Director of Growth, Member)
Scott and the Growth Team are focused on helping our clients accomplish their business goals, successfully bringing on new clients, and continually developing our services and products to offer more value. Scott has over 20 years of industry experience.
Scott purchased Prime West, an IT Services company, in 2009 and transitioned it into Managed IT Services firm and with a new brand, Corban IT Services, over a period of 8 years. In late 2017 Scott and his team joined Allixo, creating a stronger and more capable company. When not at work Scott enjoys spending time with his family, backpacking, playing table top games, and serving at his church. |
Peter Farnsworth (NOC Manager)
As manager of Allixo's Network Operations Center (NOC), Peter manages Allixo's sophisticated suite of tools, empowering our teams to deliver on their promises, whether it's knowing when a backup job has failed, a key cloud server has gone offline, or a security breach has occurred. Peter has 8 years of industry experience and an interest in healthcare IT, security, and automation.
When not at work Peter can be found spending time with his wife, connecting with friends, playing the occasional strategy video game, and sampling the finer foods and wines the Pacific NW has to offer. |
